Greg McElheran, President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Computing. Prior to joining Liquid Computing in 2006 (where he previously served the role of Vice President of Business Development) Greg was a partner at Axis Capital Corporation, the lead investor in Liquid Computing's seed round of investment. Greg has worked extensively with emerging technology companies significantly impacting the strategic, operational and profitable growth within the software, networking and communications infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Axis, Greg was in-house counsel to Lucent Technologies in the United States and was the lead lawyer on a number of multi-billion dollar transactions. He also served as a member of the Technology Business Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Greg's legal practice focused exclusively on advising clients on the development, use and commercialization of their technology and services. Greg is a member of a number of technology boards and associations.

Mike Kemp, Chief Technology Officer

Mike is the CTO and co-founder of Liquid Computing. Mike holds a
joint honors degree in the disciplines of electrical engineering and computing
science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne,
United Kingdom, and has over 24 years of practical industry experience building
large scale computer systems with Nortel and DARPA. He has a track record of
innovation and bringing technology to market and he has published several
papers on large scale switching and interconnect
technologies. During his career, he has been responsible for the generation of
intellectual property and associated patents in a variety of areas including
multiprocessor systems, scalable communications and scalable high availability
switching. Mike has developed many highly efficient interconnect and
communications systems for a variety of products.

Des Bradley, Chief Financial Officer

Des is the Chief Financial Officer of Liquid Computing. He
has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in both private and
public global companies based out of the United States and Europe.
Des was the CFO of Chrysalis-ITS, a private IT security company and, prior to
that, he was the CFO of GSI Lumonics, a public
company listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market and the
Toronto Stock Exchange. His operational experience includes lead
management positions at division, plant and product line levels.

Bob Garrow, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships

Bob is a veteran executive of successful startups and major high
technology enterprises. Highlights of his career include pioneering work
at Intel as an engineer and engineering manager, the co-founding and
development of Convergent Technologies as Vice President of Engineering and GM, management of
very high growth at Sun Microsystems as GM of Sun's Workstation Division and
later, as Vice President of World Wide Manufacturing. Bob holds a BSEE from the University of California,
Berkeley.

Tom Kreidler, President, Liquid Computing Federal, Inc. and Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Tom is President of Liquid Computing Federal, Inc. and Vice President of Worldwide Sales. With
thirty-five years of experience, Tom has developed extensive expertise
with product, service, networking and integration companies in both
government and commercial markets. Prior to joining Liquid Computing,
Tom was Vice President and General Manager of Juniper Networks' federal
systems division. Before this he spent 15 years at Sun Microsystems
supporting the company's government division including several years as
its President. Tom also worked with several system integration companies
targeting the U.S. federal government following a 15 year stint with
Burroughs Corporation and Unisys.

Keith Millar, Vice President of Product Management

Keith is the Vice President of Product Management with Liquid Computing. He has 18 years of engineering and product management experience in both hardware and software technology companies. Keith has successfully managed products in the system management and data center automation markets for Quest Software and Opalis Software prior to joining Liquid Computing. Keith has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen's University and an MBA from University of British Columbia in Canada.

Jose-Miguel Peleato, Vice President of Engineering

Jose-Miguel is Vice President of Engineering. He has over 30 years experience in telecommunications and computing. Prior to Liquid Computing Jose-Miguel held a number of senior positions in Nortel and brings a broad product development experience to Liquid Computing. He has lead the delivery of a number of product lines from data communications and network management to voice and voice over packet. As well, he has lead large product test, R&D operations, and customer support teams in charge of global operations. In addition Jose-Miguel brings international experience to the team as he spent three years in the UK, two years in California and managed multi location teams. Jose-Miguel has a bachelor degree in Physics from the Universidad de Zaragoza (Spain) and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.

Mel Mulligan, Vice President of Human Resources

Mel is the Vice President of Human Resources. He has over 25 years of
business and human resource management leadership experience in both
private and public global technology companies based in Canada and the United States.
Mel has helped develop and build organizations including Personus/Cognicase,
PC DOCS Group International/Hummingbird Limited and iSTAR internet/PSINet.
In the past, Mel has played a lead human resources management role and
participated in several start-ups and more than 40 mergers and
acquisitions transactions with organizations across the globe. Mel
stays current with his peers as an active member of the Ottawa Human Resources
Professionals Association and the Human Resources Professional Association of
Ontario with his national CHRP designation.
